I called when my parakeet was not himself.My appointment was scheduled for within the hour. Upon arrival I was greeted and welcomed then taken to a room. Minimal time for tech to get info and the vet saw my baby. They were so gentle with him,advised me as to what he needed.Called me twice the next day to see how my pet was… so sweet. Answered a few questions at that time. With little improvement overnight I called the next day they fit me into a busy schedule.
I arrived almost an hour early and I was seen immediately.Again they were good with him gentle, kind and compassionate to my worries and gave ideas to help my pet. The office staff came out to talk with me while I waited for my ride. I received a call the next morning ask for my pet. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Moni thanks you too!

My cat “Baby” has had similar reactions and is getting older. I delayed her appointment and to my surprise All Pets was willing to see her on short notice. Since she received care at All Pets she has been as normal as ever. There may’ve been no emergency but I’m glad All Pets treated Baby just as if there could’ve been a much more serious issue.
