Some medical concerns can’t wait for a routine appointment but may not require immediate emergency intervention. Our urgent care services are available Monday through Friday to address pressing health concerns and get your pet feeling better as soon as possible.
We provide care for a variety of species, including:
- Dogs
- Cats
- Birds
- Reptiles
- Small mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and more)
Signs Your Pet May Need Urgent Care
If your pet is experiencing any of the following, please call us to schedule an urgent care visit:
- Persistent vomiting or diarrhea (especially with blood)
- Sudden weakness or lethargy
- Limping or signs of pain from minor injuries
- Breathing difficulties (coughing, nasal discharge, or excessive panting)
- Changes in appetite (refusing food or increased hunger)
- Straining to urinate or defecate
- Ear infections (shaking head, redness, or discharge)
- Eye irritation (redness, swelling, discharge, or squinting)
- Allergic reactions (itching, swelling, or hives)
- Minor wounds, abrasions, or cuts
- Ingesting a small non-toxic foreign object (fabric, toy pieces, etc.)
- Sudden behavioral changes (hiding, restlessness, or unusual aggression)

Emergency Pet Care
In a true emergency, every second counts. Our team is equipped to handle critical situations during regular business hours, providing immediate stabilization and lifesaving treatment when needed.
What Qualifies as a Pet Emergency?
If your pet is experiencing any of the following, seek emergency veterinary care immediately:
- Difficulty breathing
- Seizures or collapse
- Trauma (such as being hit by a car or a severe fall)
- Suspected toxin ingestion
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Severe vomiting or diarrhea
