Rebecca Rios DVM

Dr. Rebecca Rios is a Massachusetts native who has always called New England home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth in 2009, where she was also the captain of the university’s field hockey team. She later earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri in 2013.

Combining her love for animals and science, Dr. Rios found her true passion in veterinary medicine. She has a special interest in small animal surgery and clinical pathology and enjoys working through challenging cases to improve the lives of her patients.

After spending time in the Midwest, Dr. Rios knew she would ultimately return to New England. She now lives in Massachusetts with her husband, Rafael, and their dog, Taj. Outside of work, she enjoys running with her dog, painting, reading, playing field hockey, and cheering on all of Boston’s sports teams.
